玄武岩纤维对水工混凝土早期性能影响的研究

为了研究玄武岩纤维对水工混凝土早期性能的影响,文中围绕玄武岩纤维对水工混凝土早期性能的影响进行研究,并通过SEM测试分析玄武岩纤维的作用机理.结果显示,掺加玄武岩纤维可以显著改善混凝土性能.养护龄期为28d时,与普通混凝土相比,玄武岩纤维混凝土抗压强度、抗弯强度和剪切强度分别提高8.09%、17.21%和12.10%;SEM观测结果表明,玄武岩纤维与水泥具有良好的黏结性,可在混凝土内部孔隙中形成乱向均匀的三维网状结构,改善混凝土微观结构,提升密实度,从而改善混凝土力学性能.
Study on the Influence of Basalt Fiber on the Early Performance of Hydraulic Concrete
In order to study the effect of basalt fiber on the early performance of hydraulic concrete,this paper studied the effect of basalt fiber on the early performance of hydraulic concrete,and analyzed the mechanism of basalt fiber by SEM test.The results show that doping basalt fi-ber can significantly improve the performance of concrete.When the curing age is 28 days,the compressive strength,flexural strength and shear strength of basalt fiber reinforced concrete are increased by 8.09%,17.21%and 12.10%respectively compared with ordinary con-crete.Combined with the SEM observation results,it is shown that basalt fiber has good bonding property with cement,and forms a disorderly and uniform three-dimensional network structure in the internal pores of concrete,improving the microstructure of concrete,enhancing the con-crete compactness,and thus improving the bonding property of concrete mechanical properties.
