Study on the Influence of Fly Ash Content on the Bond Property of Polypropylene Fiber Concrete
In order to study the measures to improve the bond properties of polypropylene fiber concrete, the bond properties of polypropylene fiber concrete under different fly ash content were tested and analyzed. The test results show that when the fly ash replacement rate is 20%or below, the polypropylene fiber will slip and harden, while when the fly ash replacement rate is greater than 20%,the polypropylene fiber will slip and soften. With the increase of fly ash consumption, the energy index PEA,FEA and DEA showed a development trend of increasing in the early stage and decreasing in the later stage, and the maximum value appeared at the fly ash replacement rate of 20%.It is recommended to use 20%as the replacement rate of fly ash, when the interface bonding property of polypropylene fiber concrete reaches the best value.
