Analysis of Cracks in Concrete Floor Slabs of Residential Self-built Houses and Recommendations for Treatment
The causes of cracking in the floor slabs of residential self built houses are complex and diverse.This article takes a residential self built house with a cracked floor slab as an example,introduces the on-site detection process,and analyzes the relationship between load action and crack type through in-situ load testing.The conclusion indicates that residents should pay attention not to change the intended use of their self built houses during use,and not to carry out local stacking and special load effects.
