电磁法在高配筋率混凝土钢筋保护层厚度测试中的应用

为了提升电磁感应法测量钢筋保护层厚度的准确度,文中对比分析了利用电磁法测得钢筋保护层厚度检测值及实际值,并对电磁感应法的测量精度进行分析,提出钢筋保护层厚度修正公式,钢筋保护层厚度检测值与实际值关系为两段近似线性函数关系,拟合系数均超过0.9,拟合效果良好.经与钻芯取样测量值对比,钢筋保护层修正计算值与其偏差均<3 mm,满足设计要求,即建立的分段函数对电磁感应法获取钢筋保护层厚度具有良好的修正效果.
Application of Electromagnetic Method in Thickness Test of Protective Layer of Reinforced Concrete With High Reinforcement Ratio
In order to improve the accuracy of electromagnetic induction method in measuring the thickness of the protective layer of steel bars,this paper compares the measured value of the protective layer of steel bars measured by electromagnetic method and the actual value,analyzes the measurement accuracy of electromagnetic induction method,and puts forward the correction formula of the protective layer of steel bars.The relationship between the measured value of the protective layer of steel bars and the actual value is two approximate linear function relation-ships.The fitting coefficient is more than 0.9,the fitting effect is good.Compared with the measured values of drill core sampling,the calcu-lated values of reinforcement protective layer and their deviations are both less than 3 mm,which meets the design requirements,that is,the established piecewise function has a good correction effect on the thickness of reinforcement protective layer obtained by electromagnetic induc-tion.
