抗剪法在早龄期混凝土抗压强度检测中的应用

为了解决钻芯法检测对混凝土结构的破坏性较大的问题,文中利用抗剪法,对不同龄期、不同强度的混凝土试块进行抗剪强度检测,并对同一批次混凝土试块进行抗压强度检测,收集混凝土的抗压强度与抗剪强度的数据进行回归分析,选择合适的数学模型建立本地区早期混凝土的抗压强度与抗剪强度之间的抗剪法测强曲线.结果表明,抗剪法精度较高,操作简便影响因素较小,对混凝土结构损伤性较小且不影响其受力性能,较好地解决钢筋比较密集的混凝土构件如梁、节点等在取芯强度检测中操作不易、离散性大等问题.
The Application of Shear Method to the Compressive Strength Test of Concrete at Early Age
In order to solve the problem that the drilling core method is more destructive to the concrete structure,the paper uses the shear method to test the shear strength of concrete test blocks of different ages and different strengths,and tests the compressive strength of the same batch of concrete test blocks,and collects the data of the compressive strength and shear strength of concrete for regression analysis.The shear strength curve between compressive strength and shear strength of early concrete in this area was established by selecting a suitable mathemati-cal model.The practice shows that the shear method has high precision,simple operation,small influence factors,small damage to the con-crete structure and does not affect its mechanical performance,and can better solve the problems of difficult operation and large dispersion of concrete components such as beams and joints with dense reinforcement in coring strength detection.
