浅析自平衡法在建筑基桩承载力试验检测中的应用

高层建筑桩基承载力检测,由于承载力设计值较大,传统检测方法(比如堆载法、锚桩法)越来越不适用.自平衡法依据试桩自身反力平衡荷载箱加载的原理,在桩身某部位预埋荷载箱,通过荷载箱对上、下两段桩基极限加载,绘制相应的Q-S曲线,确定单桩抗压承载力.文中依托某建筑桩基承载力检测项目,阐述了自平衡法检测桩基承载力的测试原理,验证了自平衡检测技术在桩基承载力检测中的实用性,以期为类似工程桩基检测提供参考.
