Research on Vertical Vibration Test Method of Cement Stabilized Waste Concrete
In order to better guide the construction of cement-stabilized waste concrete(CSRCA),with the principle of maximally simulating the field compaction conditions and effects, the vertical vibration test method(VVCM)for CSRCA was proposed, and based on the study of the vibration parameters of vertical vibration tamping instrument(VVTE),the effects of VVCM on CSRCA were compared with those of the tradi-tional method. The results show that:relative to the heavy compaction method, the density of VVCM specimens can be increased by about 3%,and the optimal moisture content can be reduced by 10%;the mechanical strength of VVCM specimens is about 0.92 times that of the on-site core samples, while the mechanical strength of the specimens of the static compaction method is less than 40%of the strength of the core samples;the vibration molding method has less effect on the gradation of CSRCA specimens before and after the molding process, and the me-chanical strength of vibration specimens can be increased by 2.2 times in average, compared to the static compaction method.Compared with the static compression method, the mechanical strength of vibration molding specimens can be increased by 2.2 times on average. The study proved the reliability of the vibration molding method for CSRCA specimens.
