城市基坑工程中装配式H型钢支撑的设计及应用

随着城市化的加速发展,深基坑工程的规模不断扩大,传统的钢筋混凝土支撑方法由于高成本和影响环境,逐渐显示出局限性.为解决这一问题,文中探讨了装配式H型钢支撑系统在城市基坑工程中的应用,特别是在南京江宁区的公共服务项目中的实施效果.通过基坑周边土体水平位移的监测数据与理论计算值的对比分析,文中验证了装配式H型钢支撑在控制水平位移方面的有效性.研究发现,北侧因地形和使用条件造成的位移最大,该支撑系统总体上成功限制了基坑的水平位移,尤其是在复杂的城市环境中表现出较好的环保性和经济效益.此外,实际土体的抗变形能力普遍低于地勘预测结果,在未来工程中需对地质条件进行更精确的分析和预测.
Design and Application of Assembled H-shaped Steel Support in Urban Foundation Pit Engineering
With the accelerated development of urbanization,the scale of deep foundation pit project is constantly expanding,and the tradition-al reinforced concrete support method gradually shows its limitations due to its high cost and environmental impact problems.To solve this prob-lem,this study discusses the application of prefabricated H-shaped steel support system in urban foundation pit engineering,especially in the public service project in Jiangning District of Nanjing.Through the comparative analysis of the monitoring data of the horizontal displacement of the soil around the foundation pit,the effectiveness of the prefabricated H-type steel support in controlling the horizontal displacement is veri-fied.The study found that although the displacement of the north side due to the largest terrain and use conditions,the support system generally successfully limited the horizontal displacement of the foundation pit,especially showed good environmental protection and economic benefits in the complex urban environment.In addition,the deformation resistance of the actual soil is generally lower than the geological prospecting pre-diction,which indicates that more accurate analysis and prediction of geological conditions are needed in future engineering.
