摘要
文中结合实际案例对小型产业办公园区总体设计过程和成果进行了深入研究,整理出一套总体设计步骤框架,归纳了每个步骤中蕴含的主要设计策略,具有一定普适性.策略涉及总体设计过程中的功能分区、建筑体量的确定、建筑布局、绿化景观格局、交通流线模式、规划消防要求以及灵活适应性考虑等方面.
Abstract
This paper conducts in-depth research on the master plan design process and results of small industrial office parks through case studies,summarizes a framework of master plan design procedures,and summarizes the main design strategies contained in each step.The strategy involves functional zoning,determination of building massing,building layout,landscape layout,traffic circulation pattern,urban planning&fire protection requirements,and flexible adaptability in master plan design process.
