Simulation Study on Reinforcement of Foamed Concrete Wall
The new foamed concrete wall produced by a steel structure enterprise was taken as an example to study the bearing capacity of foamed concrete wall and the reduction of construction cost,with ABAQUS software used to simulate 9 groups of reinforcement forms.The re-sults show that 6 groups of foam concrete wall reinforcement forms do not meet the deflection specification requirements,exceeding the allowa-ble limit value.The stress analysis of three groups of foamed concrete walls that meet the deflection requirements shows that the rebar does not yield and meets the stress specification requirements,but there is material waste.According to the simulation results,follow-up tests can be carried out to optimize the form of steel bars,reduce the use of materials and save costs.
