摘要
文中以天翔悦动城智慧运动综合体为例,阐述了新型体育商业综合体的设计理念.该项目设计注重空间通透性与开放性,通过分层独栋商业、连廊连接、立体交通系统等创新规划,为消费者提供便捷、舒适的购物与休闲体验.同时,体育功能设置实现了全龄化覆盖与多功能融合,促进了社区内代际交流.
Abstract
Taking Tianxiang Yuedong City Smart Sports Complex as an example,this article elaborates on the design concept of a new sports commercial complex.The project design emphasizes spatial transparency and openness,providing consumers with convenient and comfortable shopping and leisure experiences through innovative planning such as layered standalone commercial buildings,connected corridors,and three-dimensional transportation systems.At the same time,full age coverage and multi-functional integration have been achieved in sports function settings,promoting intergenerational communication within the community.
