水工隧洞衬砌与喷锚支护加固设计及施工分析

为提升水利工程隧洞的施工质量,文中以某水利工程输水隧洞为例,对项目隧洞加固设计方案及施工技术进行深入剖析,并对加固效果展开评价.结果表明,隧洞降水处理过程对周边构筑物以及管线影响较小,且施工结束后衬砌混凝土强度范围为26.4~29.6 MPa,满足设计要求;本工程采用的隧洞力学特性复核,隧洞排水以及锚杆衬砌加固方案合理可靠,施工效果显著,极大提升了水利工程隧洞施工质量.
Design and Construction Analysis of Hydraulic Tunnel Lining and Shotcrete Anchor Support Reinforcement
In order to improve the construction quality of water conservancy project tunnels,taking a water conservancy project transmission tunnel as an example,the reinforcement design scheme and construction technology of the project tunnel are deeply analyzed,and the rein-forcement effect is evaluated.The results show that the influence of the precipitation treatment on the surrounding structures and pipelines is small,and the strength range of the lining concrete after the construction is26.4~29.6 MPa,which meets the design requirements.The me-chanical characteristics of the tunnel,tunnel drainage and anchor lining reinforcement schemes adopted in this project are reasonable and relia-ble,and the construction effect is remarkable,which greatly improves the construction quality of the water conservancy project tunnel.
