泉州市金鲤大道工程深层软基处理路段存在既有 110 kV带状高压架空导线,施工条件受线缆高度及施工作业安全距离限制.为保障施工安全与质量,综合考虑技术可行性、经济合理性等因素,文中对软基处理方案进行了比选,最终选定PST管桩;通过理论计算单桩竖向承载力、复合地基承载力、地基沉降及稳定验算,结合现场桩基试验结果及施工过程的沉降监测数据,验证设计方案的合理性,并就设计、施工等方面提出建议.分析认为,在高压架空线等高度受限区域,PST管桩优势明显、效果显著.
Design Analysis and Application of PST Piles in Soft Foundation Treatment of Road Under High Voltage Line
The deep soft foundation treatment section of Quanzhou Jinli Avenue project has existing 110 kV banded high-voltage overhead con-ductor,the construction conditions are limited by the height of the cable and the safety distance of the construction work,for ensuring the con-struction safety and quality,taking into account the technical feasibility,economic reasonableness and other factors,the soft foundation treat-ment program was compared,and finally selected the PST pipe pile.Through theoretical calculation of single pile vertical bearing capacity,composite foundation bearing capacity,foundation settlement and stability check,combined with the results of on-site pile test and settlement monitoring data during construction,the reasonableness of the design scheme is verified,and suggestions are made on design and construction.It is analyzed that PST piles have obvious advantages and significant effect in the height-restricted areas such as high-voltage overhead lines.
