后压浆钻孔灌注桩竖向承载性能试验研究

为了优化钻孔灌注桩的承载性能,文中以福建某建筑项目为例,对后压浆钻孔灌注桩竖向承载性能进行试验分析.结果表明,对钻孔灌注桩进行压浆处理后,桩顶极限位移降低30%,桩顶极限承载力降低13.9%,后压浆钻孔灌注桩的桩端压力、桩端阻力和桩侧阻力分别为未压浆钻孔灌注桩的1.9 倍、1.86 倍及 1.2 倍.这表明压浆技术能有效提升钻孔灌注桩的桩端承载力和桩侧阻力,降低钻孔灌注桩的沉降量,提升钻孔灌注桩的承载性能.
Experimental Study on Vertical Bearing Capacity of Post-grouting Bored Pile
In order to optimize the bearing capacity of bored pile,this paper takes a construction project in Fujian as an example to test and an-alyze the vertical bearing capacity of post-grouting bored pile.The results show that the ultimate displacement of pile top and ultimate bearing capacity of pile top are reduced by 30%and 13.9%after grouting treatment.The end pressure,end resistance and side resistance of post-grouting bored pile are 1.9 times,1.86 times and 1.2 times of that of ungrouting bored pile.The results show that grouting technology can ef-fectively improve the bearing capacity and side resistance of bored pile,reduce the settlement of bored pile,and effectively improve the bearing performance of bored pile.
