On the High Backfill Control of Curved Arch Culvert
The article analyzes the construction case of a curved arch crown culvert in a certain substation project,discusses and summarizes its supervision ideas and technical points,and explores the optimization of supervision organization form,control process,and key link control.In the discussion on the quality control of high backfill construction for curved arch crown culverts,three key points are discussed:the establish-ment of dynamic compaction backfill plan,pre control of pre excavation process for culvert foundation trench,process flow and main construc-tion technology.The focus is on the on-site management and quality control of key processes for high backfill.Detailed solutions are provided around the backfilling sequence and time control of high backfill at the top of the culvert,the important process control of selecting backfill ma-terial and layered backfill compaction,and regular monitoring of deformation and maintenance management of high backfill material.Finally,measures for special parts and seasons are also discussed.This article aims to explore effective strategies and methods for controlling the high backfill of curved arch crown culverts,ensuring the structural stability and normal use of culverts under high backfill conditions.
