预加固措施对控制基坑周边房屋沉降的影响分析

文中以某闹市区基坑工程为例,结合项目周边建筑的自身特点,采用高压旋喷桩及门架式抗拔桩预方案进行加固施工.结果显示,钢支撑基础整体性使建筑物呈刚性倾斜,门架式抗拔桩降低了软土的流动性,地表和建筑物的沉降量及沉降速率与离基坑距离呈正相关,基坑开挖的大致影响范围为2.5 倍基坑开挖深度.
Analysis of the Influence of Pre-strengthening Measures on Controlling the Settlement of Houses Around Foundation Pit
In the process of urban construction,the influence of pre-reinforcement measures on the settlement of surrounding buildings is par-ticularly critical.Taking a downtown foundation pit project as an example,combined with the characteristics of the surrounding buildings,the reinforcement construction is carried out by using high-pressure rotary jet pile reinforcement and pre-reinforcement of doorframe anti-pulling pile.The practical results show that the integrity of steel support foundation makes the building rigid tilt;The mobility of soft soil is reduced by the gantry pile.The settlement amount and settlement rate of ground surface and building are positively correlated with the distance from foun-dation pit.The approximate influence range of foundation pit excavation is 2.5 times the depth of foundation pit excavation.
