文中以新庄立交地下过街通道建设工程为例,该工程位于多条主干道交会处,地上现有高架桥梁,地下现有地铁、管线,施工外部条件较为复杂,是全国首条采用开放式盾构法进行施工的地下通道,通过对开放式盾构工法、优势及施工流程介绍,探究开放式盾构法在复杂外部建设条件下地下工程应用中的可行性,并结合实践经验剖析工法存在的问题.
Practical Exploration on Open Shield Tunneling in Underground Engineering under Complex External Construction Conditions
This article takes the implementation of the Xinzhuang underground crossing project as the background.The project is located at the intersection of multiple main roads,with existing elevated bridges above ground and subways as well as pipelines under ground.The external conditions for construction are relatively complex.The project is the first underground crossing project in the country to use the open shield tun-neling method for construction.By introducing the open shield tunneling method,analyzing its advantages,and introducing the construction process,the feasibility of using the open shield tunneling method in underground engineering under complex external conditions is explored.And also based on practical experience the existing problems of the method are analyzed.
