摘要

随着高速公路的持续运行,路面病害逐渐增加,道路质量逐年下降,路面养护已成为必不可少的工作,微表处技术是常用的路面预防性养护技术.文中依托广州至河源高速公路惠州段实际工程,对微表处的原材料和配合比进行了设计,采用的组成比例为5~8mm机制砂∶3~6mm机制砂∶0~3mm机制砂∶水泥∶水∶乳化沥青=24∶14∶60∶2∶7∶11.5,并通过试验段的铺筑和检测,对配合比效果进行了验证,以供参考.

Abstract

With the continuous operation of expressways,pavement diseases increase gradually,and road driving quality decreases year by year.Pavement maintenance has become an inevitable problem.Micro-surface technology is one of the common preventive maintenance tech-nologies for pavement.In this paper,based on the actual project of Huizhou section of Guangzhou to Heyuan Expressway,the raw materials and mix ratio of the micro-surface were designed.The composition ratio was 5~8mm machine-made sand,3~6mm machine-made sand,0~3mm machine-made sand,cement,water and emulsified asphalt=24∶14∶60∶2∶7∶11.5,and the test section was paved and tested.The mixing ratio effect is verified,which can provide reference for other engineering super micro surface technology.
