为保证超高特大断面矩形顶管在洞门凿除、始发、顶进及接收的施工安全,文中以深圳地铁12 号线二期工程沙三站暗挖车站为例,对超高特大断面矩形顶管洞门密封技术进行分析,钢环采用整体安装,左右线采用洞门橡胶止水帘布及折页压板单独密封,洞门钢环安装内采用槽钢支撑,中间架设临时钢支撑,保证了超高特大断面矩形顶管在顶进施工全过程的洞门防水密封安全.
Sealing Construction Technology of Super-high and Extra-large Right-left Closed Rectangular Tube Hole Door
In order to ensure the construction safety of ultra-high extra-large section rectangular pipe jacking in the tunnel door chiseling,start-ing,jacking and receiving,taking the Shasan station of the second phase of Shenzhen Metro Line 12 as an example,the sealing technology of the ultra-high extra-large section rectangular pipe jacking tunnel door was analyzed,the steel ring was installed as a whole,the left and right lines were sealed separately with the rubber waterproof curtain cloth and folding pressure plate of the hole door,the channel steel support was used in the installation of the steel ring of the hole door,and the temporary steel support was erected in the middle.It ensures the safety of wa-terproof sealing of the hole door in the whole process of jacking construction of the rectangular pipe jacking with ultra-high and large section.
