摘要

为研究GAC-16C改性沥青混合料在市政道路工程应用的可行性,文中对比分析了SBS改性沥青混合料和外加剂型改性沥青混合料(基质沥青+抗车辙剂)的路用性能,并对混合料材料组成及应用进行研究.结果表明,随着抗车辙剂的增加,各混合料的路用性能大幅提升,但当掺量超过0.4%时,性能有所下降,故确定抗车辙剂掺量为0.4%.与SBS相比,其高温稳定性和抗水损害能力提升,低温性能降低,即抗弯拉强度和最大弯拉应变分别降低11%和10%.GAC-16C改性沥青混合料试验段的施工效果有力验证了施工工艺的合理性与可行性,为后续混合料的大范围推广应用提供了依据.

Abstract

In order to study the feasibility of the application of GAC-16C modified asphalt mixture in municipal road engineering,the road per-formance of SBS modified asphalt mixture and additive modified asphalt mixture(matrix asphalt+rutting agent)was compared and analyzed in this paper,and the composition and application of the mixture material were studied.The results show that with the increase of anti-rutting a-gent,the road performance of each mixture is greatly improved,but when the content exceeds 0.4%,the performance decreases to a certain extent,so the content of anti-rutting agent is determined to be 0.4%.Compared with SBS,the high temperature stability and water damage re-sistance are improved,while the low temperature performance is decreased,that is,the flexural tensile strength and the maximum flexural ten-sile strain are reduced by 11%and 10%respectively.The construction of the test section of GAC-16C modified asphalt mixture effectively verifies the rationality and feasibility of the construction technology,and provides a solid and reliable basis for the popularization and applica-tion of the subsequent mixture in a wide range.
