Optimization Measures for Construction Site Management in Construction Project Management
At present,most of the construction projects in our country are high-rise buildings,which are characterized by complex structures,long construction,and numerous construction procedures.This makes it easy for quality and safety risks to arise during the construction period.Taking the construction management of the Nansha urban project as an example,this article combines the characteristics and difficulties of the project to formulate corresponding management measures.Additionally,it optimizes the original management measures according to changes in the project's construction,such as the sample system,QC attack system,and secondary technical briefing control,to ensure the completion of all tasks.The conclusion is drawn:Only by continuously optimizing management measures based on the actual situation of the project can the quality and safety of the project be guaranteed,thereby realizing the operating income of the construction enterprise.
