弧形结构混凝土现浇箱梁施工关键技术研究

弧形现浇箱梁主体结构复杂,边界条件与荷载工况均较为特殊,因此施工过程风险较大,施工质量不易把控.文中以某公共建筑预应力钢筋混凝土箱梁结构为例,系统阐述了弧形结构箱梁设计要点,并结合项目实际情况对弧形结构模板设计进行优化,最终确定混凝土等级为C40,钢筋张拉控制应力为1 920 N/mm2,边模采用菲林板材,并对整体施工流程进行梳理,针对施工全过程进行实时监测.结果显示,主控参数箱梁控制截面混凝土应力均值为0.035 MPa,箱梁施工效果良好.
Research on Key Construction Technology of Cast-in-place Concrete Box Girder With Curved Structure
The main structure of arc cast-in-place box girder is complicated,the boundary conditions and load conditions are special,so the risk probability of construction process is large,and the construction quality is not easy to control.Taking the prestressed reinforced concrete box girder structure of a public building as an example,the paper systematically expounds the key points of the design of the curved structure box girder,optimizes the design of the curved structure template based on the actual situation of the project,and finally determines that the concrete grade is C40,the tension control stress of the steel bar is 1 920 N/mm2,the edge mold is made of film plate,and the overall con-struction process is sorted out.According to the real-time monitoring of the whole construction process,the results show that the average stress of the control section of the main control parameter is 0.035 MPa,which verifies that the construction effect of the box girder is good.
