Flexural Behavior of Precast Ultra-thin Concrete Slab With Lattice Griders
With the further promotion and application of prefabricated buildings, prefabricated floor slabs are given priority in the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings. However, prefabricated floor slabs currently have some disadvantages, such as thick thickness, heavy weight, and complicated construction. This paper proposes an ultra-thin steel truss prefabricated base plate with a thickness of 20mm,and quasi-static loading test was conducted on the designed specimens,so the failure mode,load-displacement curves and load-strain curves can be obtained. The test results show that the bearing capacity of the 20mm-thick prefabricated base plate is almost the same as that of 30mm-thick prefabricated plate, but the short-term stiffness has been reduced by 9%,and the ductility of 30mm-thick prefabricated plate is also sig-nificantly improved, which can meet the requirements during the construction stage and normal use stage.
