文中基于某地铁项目含地质断裂破碎带区间隧道工程实例,简要介绍了工程项目基本概况及地质条件情况,重点分析了盾构施工存在的技术难点及风险.在开展地质断裂破碎带盾构施工技术与措施方案的研究中,即将进入地质断裂破碎带区域前的一定距离,应提前做好地质补勘、增加监测频率、改良渣土防止卡机等技术措施.结合本工程的控制效果进行数据分析及经验总结,其结果可为类似场地的施工控制及管理提供参考.
Research on Construction Control Technology of Soil Pressure Equilibrium Shield Tunneling in Geological Fracture Site
In this paper,the basic situation and geological conditions of a subway tunnel project with geological fracture zone are briefly intro-duced,and the technical difficulties and risks of shield construction are analyzed.In this study of shield construction technology and measures in the geological fracture zone,it is suggested that some technical measures should be taken in advance,such as geological supplementary pros-pecting,increasing monitoring frequency and improving residue to prevent jamming,before entering the site of the geological fracture zone.The data analysis and experience summary combined with the control effect of this research can provide some reference for the construction control and management of similar sites.
