为提升桥墩基础的施工质量及施工效率,文中结合湖北武汉某大桥改扩建工程,介绍了桥墩基础钢套箱设计要点及施工关键技术,并对施工效果进行评价.结果表明,钢套筒封底混凝土坍落度及坍扩度分别为195、450 mm,3、28 d抗压强度分别为28.6、54.3 MPa,钢护筒抗浮及抗沉安全系数分别为0.21 及0.56,均满足规范要求.施工结束后,各项检测指标均在设计方案要求范围内,表明该项目采用的钢套筒设计施工方案合理可靠.
Study on Design and Construction of Steel Casing for Bridge Pier Foundation
In order to improve the construction quality and efficiency of bridge pier foundation,the key points of steel sleeve box design and construction key technologies of bridge pier foundation are introduced in detail through a bridge reconstruction and expansion project in Wuhan,Hubei Province,and the construction effect is evaluated.The results show that the slump and slump expansion of the steel sleeve bottom seal-ing concrete are 195 mm,450 mm,3 d and 28 d compressive strength are 28.6 MPa and 54.3 MPa,respectively,and the safety factors of an-ti-floating and anti-sinking of the steel sleeve are 0.21 and 0.56,respectively,which meet the requirements of the specification.After the construction,all the test indexes are within the range required by the design scheme,indicating that the steel sleeve design and construction scheme adopted in the project is reasonable and reliable.
