为克服城市地铁隧道开挖难度高且后续衬砌渗漏水严重的难题,文中创造性地采用控制性膜袋注浆岩化的施工技术,解决了传统注浆工艺效果差的问题.膜袋注浆技术通过与超前小导管施工工序的有效整合,通过膜带的控制,既实现了有目的、有范围地注浆,又做到了大压力灌注,大幅提升了注浆质量.
Study on the Construction Technology of Controlled Membrane Bag Grouting in Urban Subway Tunnel
In order to overcome the difficulty of urban subway tunnel excavation and the serious water leakage of the subsequent lining,the construction technology of controlled membrane bag grouting is creatively adopted to solve the problem of poor effect of traditional grouting tech-nology.The membrane bag grouting technology not only realizes purposeful and extensive grouting,but also achieves high pressure grouting through the effective integration with the advanced small conduit construction process and the restriction and control of membrane belt,which greatly improves the grouting quality.
