钢结构厂房整体顶升纠倾施工技术研究

钢结构厂房因其结构轻盈、建造迅速等特点,在现代工业建筑中得到广泛应用.然而,受地质条件或使用环境等因素影响,厂房可能出现倾斜现象,严重影响其安全性和使用功能.文中研究了钢结构厂房整体顶升纠倾施工技术,针对厂房一致性倾斜问题,提出综合施工方案,包括基础加固、托换结构体系设置、千斤顶配置及位移控制等关键措施,通过严格控制施工过程和实时监测,确保顶升纠倾的准确性和安全性.
Research on the Overall Jacking Correction Construction of Steel Structure Workshop
Steel structure workshop has been widely used in modern industrial buildings because of its light structure and rapid construction.However,due to the geological conditions or use environment,the plant may appear inclined phenomenon,which seriously affects its safety and use function.This paper studies the construction technology of steel structure workshop.In view of the consistent tilt problem of the plant,the comprehensive construction scheme is proposed,including the key measures such as foundation reinforcement,supporting structure system set-ting,jack configuration and displacement control.Through strict control of the construction process and real-time monitoring,to ensure the ac-curacy and safety of the jacking correction.
