筏板基础大体积混凝土施工及温控分析

为提高筏板基础工程的施工质量和安全性,文中以某高层建筑项目为例,通过ABAQUS有限元软件模拟分析大体积混凝土内部温度场和温度应力变化.结果显示,混凝土内部温度的模拟值和实测值误差在2%~5%,说明模型的可靠性;混凝土内部温度应力变化显示,混凝土厚度较大易引起底部受拉开裂,混凝土厚度较小易引起混凝土表面开裂;在适当的入模温度下,动态养护方式能有效调节混凝土内部温度变化.在此基础上,提出具体的动态养护措施,以免造成温差裂缝.
Analysis of Mass Concrete Construction and Temperature Control of Raft Foundation
In order to improve the quality and safety of raft foundation engineering,ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the internal temperature field and temperature stress of mass concrete in a high-rise building project.The results show that the error between the simulated value and the measured value is 2%~5%,which indicates the reliability of the model.The variation of the internal temperature stress of concrete shows that the larger the thickness of concrete is easy to cause the crack of the bottom,and the smaller the thick-ness of concrete is easy to cause the crack of the surface of concrete.The dynamic curing method can effectively adjust the internal temperature change of concrete under proper mold temperature.On this basis,specific dynamic maintenance measures are put forward to avoid causing tem-perature difference cracks.
