摘要
文中基于建筑工程项目质量管理的实际情况,分析总结了工程监理的作用,包括完善施工准备流程、提升施工质量管理效果等.采用案例分析法,并根据某房建工程项目的实际情况,详细阐述了工程监理人员的工作方案,总结了工程监理在案例项目中的作用.根据案例工程项目的实践经验可知,在积极推广工程监理模式后,工程施工期间未发生安全事故,工程项目如期完工,取得了预期效果.
Abstract
Based on the actual situation of construction project quality management,the paper analyzes and summarizes the role of engineering supervision,including can improve the construction preparation process,help to improve the effect of construction quality management.After that,the case analysis method will be adopted.According to the actual situation of a house construction project,the work plan of the project supervisor is elaborated in detail,and then the role of the project supervisor in the case project is summarized.According to the practical expe-rience of the case project,after actively promoting the project supervision mode,no safety accidents occurred during the construction period,and the project was completed on time,and the expected results were achieved.
