高层建筑地下室边区逆作法施工技术探析

为解决高层建筑地下室围护结构易变形问题,文中以江西某商业大厦为例,对地下室逆作边区楼板进行变形监测及模拟分析.实践表明,采用边区逆作法施工后,地下室基坑支护整体结构刚度有所提升,结构稳定性显著增强,施工效果得到改善;最大位移量模拟结果及监测结果误差均低于20%,证实了逆作法在高层建筑地下室施工中的可行性,可为后续相关工程建设提供理论依据与实际参考.
Analysis on the Construction Technology of Reverse Method in the Basement Border Area of High-rise Buildings
In order to solve the deformation problem of the basement envelope of high-rise buildings,this paper takes a commercial building in Jiangxi Province as an example to monitor and simulate the deformation of the floor slab in the basement reverse operation boundary area.The practice shows that the overall structure stiffness of basement foundation pit support is improved,the structure stability is enhanced significant-ly,and the construction effect is improved.The error of the simulation results and monitoring results of the maximum displacement is less than 20%,which indicates the feasibility of the reverse method in the basement construction of high-rise buildings.It provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the subsequent construction of related projects.
