轻质隔墙板结合预制构造柱施工技术探析

摘要
为节约建筑成本并提高建造效率,文中以福建省某法院办公楼项目为例,对轻质隔墙板结合预制构造柱施工技术进行分析,并对该技术实施后的效果进行了评价.结果表明,该技术缩短了施工周期,隐性经济成本较低;与传统砌体墙相比,轻质墙板材的垂直度精度提升了16.6%;与现浇混凝土柱相比,预制混凝土柱的垂直度提升了45.8%;大幅提升墙体的施工效果,减少不必要的施工环节,环境污染小,具有良好的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益.
Abstract
In order to save construction cost and improve construction efficiency,this paper takes a court building project in Fujian Province as an example to analyze the construction technology of light partition panel combined with prefabricated structural column,and evaluates the effect after implementation of this technology.The results show that the construction period is shortened and the hidden economic cost is lower.Compared with traditional masonry walls,the verticality accuracy of lightweight wall panels is increased by 16.6%.Compared with the cast-in-place concrete column,the perpendicularity of the precast concrete column is increased by 45.8%.Greatly improve the construction effect of the wall,reduce unnecessary construction links,small environmental pollution,and have good social environmental economic benefits.
