摘要
监理是建筑工程项目中的核心重点,不仅可提升施工质量,还能保证项目工期,创造出更多的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益.基于此,文中从实际建筑工程项目案例入手,以影响建筑工程施工进度因素为切入点,明确具体的监理方法,从不同的施工阶段进行分析,以求让建筑工程项目监理工作作用最大化,通过优化监理手段促进建筑工程项目得到长远发展.
Abstract
Supervision has always been the core focus of construction projects,which can not only improve the construction quality and con-struction effect,but also make the project complete within the prescribed scope of the construction period,creating more economic benefits,so-cial benefits and ecological benefits.Based on this,this paper,from the perspective of the actual construction project case,to affect the con-struction engineering construction progress factors as the breakthrough point,clear specific supervision method,analyzed from different con-struction stages,in order to maximize the construction project supervision work,through optimizing supervision means to promote construction get the long-term development of the project.
