超长大体积混凝土结构整体浇筑及裂缝控制技术研究与应用

文中以某具体工程为例,分析了大体积混凝土裂缝产生的原因,提出一种综合高效的技术方案,通过优化配合比、浇筑、振捣、养护、温度监测及温度后浇带等措施,提高混凝土的抗裂性能.该方案能有效降低大体积混凝土内部的温度,减少裂缝的产生,将温度后浇带优化为膨胀加强带后,工艺简单,能进一步缩短工期,极具工程应用价值.
Research and Application of Integral Pouring and Crack Control Technology for Super Long and Large Volume Concrete Structure
In this paper,the causes of cracks in mass concrete are analyzed.Taking a specific project as an example,a comprehensive and effi-cient technical scheme is proposed to improve the crack resistance of concrete by optimizing the mix ratio,pouring,vibrating,curing,tempera-ture monitoring and temperature post-pouring belt.This scheme can effectively reduce the internal temperature of mass concrete and reduce the occurrence of cracks.After optimizing the temperature post-pouring belt into expansion strengthening belt,the process is simple and can fur-ther shorten the construction period,which is of great engineering application value.
