跨海桥浅滩位置填海筑岛及下部结构施工关键技术研究

在跨海桥建设过程中,浅滩位置的填海筑岛及后续工程面临着诸多技术挑战与复杂的环境条件.文中以阿联酋阿布扎比市的瑞姆岛跨海桥施工工程为例,深入分析了主要施工重难点,对填海筑岛整体施工工艺和下部结构施工关键技术进行研究.通过对钻孔灌注桩进行施工技术分析及桩基检算,证明了该技术在填海筑岛施工后的可行性,同时,总结了预制装配式盖梁施工的工艺流程,该技术不仅有效降低了安全事故风险,还缩短了施工工期,提升了施工效率,可为同类工程提供经验借鉴.
Key Technologies for Reclamation and Substructure Construction at Shoal Location of Sea-crossing Bridges
In the process of sea bridge construction,the reclaimed island and the subsequent works at the shallow beach location face many technical challenges and complex environmental conditions.Taking the construction project of Rim Island Bridge in Abu Dhabi,UAE as an ex-ample,the main construction difficulties are analyzed in depth,and the overall construction process of reclaimed island and the key technology of substructure construction are studied.By analyzing the construction technology of bored piles and checking the pile foundation,the feasibility of this technology in the reclaimed island construction is proved,and the process flow of prefabricated assembled cover girder construction is summarized,which not only reduces the risk of safety accidents,but also shortens the construction period and improves the construction effi-ciency,which can provide experience for the same kind of projects.
