摘要
分析住宅工程地下室顶板及后浇带防水施工技术,可以提高地下室施工质量.文中阐述了地下室顶板防水处理技术,包括蓄水试验、防水层施工、坡度预留等,优化了防水施工方案;通过执行后浇带防水施工工艺的规范以及质量控制,提高了后浇带防水效果.通过实际案例分析,验证了该防水施工技术的可行性和有效性,为类似住宅工程地下室防水施工提供了参考.
Abstract
Analyzing the underground floor slab and post-tensioned belt waterproofing construction technology for residential projects can im-prove the quality of underground construction.This paper describes the waterproofing treatment technology for the underground floor slab,in-cluding water retention test,waterproof layer construction,and slope reservation,and optimizes the waterproof construction scheme.It also im-plements the standardized and quality-controlled post-tensioned belt waterproofing construction process to improve the waterproof effect of the post-tensioned belt.By analyzing a practical case,this paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the waterproof construction technology,providing reference for similar underground waterproof construction projects of residential projects.
