摘要
文中以某旧城改造工程为例,重点研究房地产公司项目实施阶段工程造价的精细化管理,分析了工程变更、现场签证、工程索赔、工程价款支付、合同价款调整等影响造价的具体因素,从工程价款精细化管理、工程变更管理、现场签证管理、工程索赔管理四个方面提出了具体的管理措施,以期为类似项目的成本控制工作提供有益参考.
Abstract
Taking a certain old city renovation project as an example,this article focuses on the refined management of engineering costs during the implementation stage of a real estate company project.It analyzes the specific factors that affect costs,such as engineering changes,on-site visas,engineering claims,engineering price payments,and contract price adjustments.Specific management measures are proposed from four aspects:refined management of engineering prices,engineering change management,on-site visa management,and engineering claims management,in order to provide useful references for cost control work in similar projects.
