不同主体结构设计抗震性能及造价分析

摘要
文中以福建省某商业住宅楼为例,提出了4 种不同主体结构设计方案,并对不同主体结构设计方案的抗震性能、材料用量及经济成本进行对比分析.结果表明,方案一的单位面积总造价为 268.34 元/m2,优化后方案二造价降低 7.1%;与方案三相比,优化改造后方案四单位面积总造价降低了6.7%.综合优化前后不同主体结构的抗震性能及主体结构,主体结构越不规则,其抗震性能越差,经济成本越高,故应尽可能降低主体结构的不规则性.
Abstract
Taking a commercial residential building in Fujian Province as an example,four main structure design schemes are proposed,and the seismic performance,material consumption and economic cost of the irregular main structure design schemes are compared and analyzed.The results show that the total cost per unit area of scheme 1 is 268.34 yuan/m2,and the cost of scheme 2 is reduced by 7.1%after optimiza-tion.Compared with scheme 3,the total cost per unit area of Scheme 4 is reduced by 6.7%after optimization.The seismic performance of the irregular main structure and the main structure before and after comprehensive optimization,the more irregular the main structure,the worse the seismic performance and the higher the economic cost.Therefore,the irregularity of the main structure should be reduced as much as possi-ble.
