摘要
随着建筑工程复杂性不断提高,工程造价预结算审核成为保障项目经济效益的重要环节.基于此,文中深入研究工程造价预结算审核工作要点,分析其在建筑工程项目中的重要性与价值.针对工程造价预结算审核面临的挑战,如审核依据不足或失真、市场价格波动大、合同管理漏洞等问题,提出了相应对策:提高审核依据真实性、加强合同管理、建立动态结算审核机制应对市场波动,以此进一步提高结算审核工作的质量.
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of the complexity of construction engineering,the pre-settlement audit of project cost has become an important link to ensure the economic benefits of the project.Based on this,this paper deeply studies the key points of the project cost pre-settlement audit,and analyzes its importance and value in the construction project.Analysis of engineering cost settlement audit challenges,audit basis of insufficient or distortion,market price fluctuations,contract management loopholes,put forward the corresponding countermeas-ures,improve the audit basis authenticity,strengthen contract management,establish dynamic settlement audit mechanism to deal with market fluctuations,in order to further improve the quality of the settlement audit work.
