Analysis on the Cost Control Strategy in the Bidding Stage of the Construction Project
Bidding stage cost control as an important means to ensure construction and construction unit economic interests,if the management does not reach the designated position,not only can lead to various interests damage,will also affect the future development of the unit.Based on this,this paper focuses on the cost control in the bidding stage of the construction project.By analyzing the necessity of the cost control,ex-ploring the factors affecting the cost control,and putting forward the feasible cost control strategy,based on specific cases,aiming to lay a foundation for the improvement of the delivery quality of subsequent engineering projects.
