摘要
为探究柱端弯矩增大系数对建筑造价的影响,文中结合实际工程对不同结构形式中柱端弯矩增大系数对钢用量及建筑造价的影响进行分析.结果表明,框架结构及框架剪力墙结构中梁钢筋用量最多,剪力墙结构中剪力墙钢筋用量最多;柱端弯矩增大系数增加后,框架结构柱钢筋用量变化幅度最大,框架剪力墙结构、剪力墙结构中剪力墙钢筋用量变化幅度最大.柱端弯矩增大系数增加后,建筑结构经济成本不断提升.其中,框架结构经济费用提升幅度为6.21%,框架剪力墙经济费用提升幅度为2.55%.综上可知,柱端弯矩增大系数的调整对框架结构造价影响最大.
Abstract
In order to explore the influence of increasing coefficient of column end bending moment on construction cost,the paper analyzes the influence of increasing coefficient of column end bending moment on steel consumption and construction cost in different structure types combined with actual engineering.The results show that the beam reinforcement is the most used in frame structure and frame shear wall structure,and the shear wall reinforcement is the most used in shear wall structure.With the increase of column end bending moment enlargement coefficient,the change amplitude of column reinforcement is the largest in frame structure,and the change amplitude is the largest in frame shear wall structure and shear wall structure.With the increase of column end bending moment enlargement coefficient,the economic cost of building structure increa-ses continuously.The economic cost of frame structure increased by 6.21%;The economic cost increase of frame shear wall is 2.55%.In sum-mary,the adjustment of column end bending moment increase coefficient has the greatest influence on the cost of frame structure.
