摘要
凝灰岩作为一种常见的火山岩,可用作水泥原料、混凝土砂石骨料和掺和料,既能够缓解地区水泥和混凝土原材料供应短缺问题,降低生产成本,又能够节约天然资源,保护环境.文中阐述了凝灰岩的地理分布和物化基本特性,分析了凝灰岩作为水泥生料、水泥混合材、混凝土砂石骨料和掺和料对水泥和混凝土性能的影响规律以及合理的应用技术途径,并对凝灰岩在水泥和混凝土中的资源化综合利用发展方向进行了展望.
Abstract
As a common volcanic rock,tuff can be used as cement raw material,concrete gravel aggregate and admixture,which can not only alleviate the shortage of raw material supply for cement and concrete in the region and reduce the production cost,but also save natural re-sources and protect the environment.In this paper,the geographic distribution and basic physical and chemical properties of tuff are reviewed,and the influence of tuff as cement raw material,cement mixing material,concrete sand and gravel aggregate and admixture on the performance of cement and concrete is analysed,as well as the reasonable application of technical ways,and the development direction of the comprehensive utilization of tuff in cement and concrete is also looked forward to.
