摘要

在全球建筑行业数字化转型的浪潮中,英国Crossrail项目作为一个标志性案例,不仅展示了BIM(建筑信息模型)技术的巨大潜力,也为全球基础设施建设提供了宝贵的经验.文中深入研究了英国Crossrail项目的数字化转型历程,分析其在设计、施工、运营等阶段的数字化应用实践,总结成功经验与失败教训;对比中国建筑企业数字化转型的现状,提出对中国建筑企业数字化转型的启示,包括明确战略规划、整合技术、加强项目管理、注重人才培养、重视数据管理与安全以及合理控制成本与评估效益等方面,旨在为中国建筑企业实现数字化转型提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

In the global digital transformation trend of the construction industry,the Crossrail project in the UK serves as a landmark case that not only showcases the huge potential of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology but also provides valuable experience for global infra-structure construction.This paper conducts an in-depth study of the digital transformation journey of the UK Crossrail project,analyzing its digital application practices in the design,construction,and operation stages,and summarizing successful experiences and failure lessons.By comparing the current situation of Chinese construction enterprises'digital transformation,this paper provides insights for Chinese construction enterprises'digital transformation,including clarifying strategic planning,integrating technologies,enhancing project management,emphasi-zing talent development,paying attention to data management and security,and appropriately controlling costs and evaluating benefits.The aim is to provide reference and guidance for Chinese construction enterprises to achieve digital transformation.
