高韧性纤维混凝土韧性及增韧机理研究

韧性是综合评价水泥基复合材料强度及变形能力的力学指标,韧性越强,表明其发生脆断的可能性越低.文中制备3 组共9个不同聚丙烯纤维掺量试件,通过冲击试验及四点弯曲试验,分别评价冲击荷载下抵抗破坏的能力,以及静载作用下抵抗弯拉变形的能力,并利用SEM观察其微观界面.试验结果表明,粗、细纤维的加入,均能改善混凝土的韧性,高韧性纤维混凝土混掺聚丙烯粗、细纤维,比单掺纤维的弯曲韧性好,最优的比例为,聚丙烯粗、细纤维的体积掺量均为 1%.同时,通过微观界面结构及断裂形态,分析并阐明高韧性纤维混凝土增韧机理.
Study on Toughness and Toughness Mechanism of High Toughness Fiber Concrete
Toughness is the mechanical index of comprehensive evaluation of the strength and deformation ability of cement matrix composite materials.The stronger the toughness is,the lower the possibility of brittle fracture is.A total of 9 different polypropylene fiber mixing speci-mens were prepared to evaluate the damage resistance and bending deformation under shock load by shock test and four-point bending test,and the microscopic interface was observed by SEM.The test results show that the addition of thick and thin fiber can improve the toughness of con-crete.The bending toughness of thick polypropylene fiber and thin fiber is better than single fiber,and the optimal ratio is the volume of poly-propylene thick and thin fiber is 1%.Finally,the toughening mechanism of high toughness fiber concrete is proposed by analyzing the micro-scopic interface structure and fracture morphology.
