膨润土的品质及掺量对混凝土力学性能影响研究

摘要
膨润土掺入混凝土能够显著改变其力学性能.文中选用三种膨润土,掺量分别为1%、2%、3%和 4%,制备混凝土试块进行标准养护,测试混凝土试块抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及电通量,并与相同配合比下未掺膨润土的混凝土性能进行比较.研究结果表明,掺入1%~4%的膨润土均能有效提升混凝土试块的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度值,在掺量为1%和3%时强度出现两个峰值,显示出明显的波动趋势.在相同膨润土掺量下,不同种类的膨润土对混凝土力学性能的影响存在显著差异.膨润土掺入量为 2%时,三种掺膨润土的混凝土试块的电通量值都最小.
Abstract
The incorporation of bentonite into concrete can significantly change its mechanical properties.Three kinds of bentonite are selected in this test,with the amount of 1%,2%,3%and 4%for standard curing,test the compressive strength,split tensile strength and electric flux of concrete test block,and compare the performance of bentonite concrete with the same mix ratio.The results show that 1%to 4%ben-tonite can effectively improve the compressive strength and split tensile strength value of the concrete test block,and the strength has two peaks at 1%and 3%,showing obvious fluctuation trend.Different kinds of bentonite showed significant differences on their mechanical properties under the same bentonite content.When the amount of bentonite is 2%,the electrical flux value of the three kinds of concrete test mixed with bentonite is the minimum.
