为提高锂渣的综合利用率,文中进行了锂云母锂渣粉替代门窗框填缝砂浆中的粉煤灰试验,研究锂云母锂渣粉对门窗框填缝砂浆标准稠度用水量、密度、保水率及28d抗压强度的影响规律,从而确定锂云母锂渣粉在门窗框填缝砂浆中的最佳用量.研究结果表明,锂云母锂渣粉可以明显提高门窗框填缝砂浆的标准稠度用水量,降低保水率,也能有效提高门窗框填缝砂浆的 28d抗压强度及14d拉伸黏结强度,但对门窗框填缝砂浆的密度无明显影响.综合考虑锂云母锂渣粉对门窗框填缝砂浆工作性能及力学性能的影响,确定锂云母锂渣粉可完全替代门窗框填缝砂浆中的粉煤灰.
Application and Performance Study of Lithium Mica Lithium Slag Powder in Door and Window Frame Filling Mortar
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of lithium slag,an experiment was conducted to replace fly ash in door and window frame joint filling mortar with lithium mica lithium slag powder.The influence of lithium mica lithium slag powder on the standard con-sistency water consumption,density,water retention rate,and 28 day compressive strength of door and window frame joint filling mortar was studied,and the optimal dosage of lithium mica lithium slag powder in door and window frame joint filling mortar was determined.The research results indicate that lithium mica lithium slag powder can significantly increase the standard consistency water consumption of door and window frame joint filling mortar,reduce water retention rate,but has no significant effect on the density of door and window frame joint filling mortar.At the same time,it can effectively improve the 28 day compressive strength and 14 day tensile bonding strength of door and window frame joint filling mortar.Taking into account the impact of lithium mica lithium slag powder on the workability and mechanical properties of door and win-dow frame joint filling mortar,it is determined that lithium mica lithium slag powder can completely replace fly ash in door and window frame joint filling mortar.
