钢渣橡胶混凝土材料力学性能及应用研究

为探明钢渣橡胶混凝土力学性能,文中将钢渣混凝土中的钢渣等体积替换成橡胶,对不同橡胶掺量下的钢渣橡胶混凝土立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量、劈裂抗拉强度等进行试验,分析材料强度形成机理,拟合相应的计算公式,并对材料的应用现状和未来展望进行总结.结果表明,钢渣橡胶混凝土有较好的延性,力学强度随橡胶颗粒掺量增大而减小,橡胶颗粒掺量30%以下,材料力学强度能有较好的保持,拟合的材料力学指标计算公式具有理论预测性.相关研究可给材料的工程应用提供依据.
Mechanical Properties and Application Status of Steel Slag Rubber Concrete Materials
In order to explore the mechanical properties of steel slag rubber concrete without coarse aggregate,the cube compressive strength,axial compressive strength,elastic modulus and splitting strength of steel slag rubber concrete with different rubber contents were studied by re-placing the steel slag of steel slag concrete with rubber in equal volume.The strength formation mechanism of the material was analyzed and the corresponding calculation formula was fitted.Finally,the application status and prospect of materials are summarized.The results show that the steel slag rubber concrete without coarse aggregate has good ductility,and the mechanical strength decreases with the increase of rubber particle content,the mechanical strength of materials with rubber particle content below 30%can be well maintained.The fitted formula for calculating the mechanical indexes of materials has theoretical predictability.Relevant research can provide experimental basis for engineering application of materials.
