疏水型透明防水涂料的制备及性能研究

摘要
建筑墙面发挥着安全保护及装饰美化等作用,但随着使用年限的延长,会出现开裂、渗漏、脱落等诸多问题.文中采用机械搅拌方法,制备一种疏水型硅丙乳液透明防水涂料,并对漆膜性能进行研究.结果表明,苯丙、纯丙、硅丙三种不同乳液制备的防水涂料透明度都很高,其中,硅丙乳液综合性能好、性价比高.当硅丙乳液中荷叶疏水剂掺量为 7%时,接触角为 102°,疏水效果显著提高.同时,防水性能优异,保持良好的可见光透射比,耐候性和耐紫外老化性强,产品性能稳定.
Abstract
The walls of building had the effects of safety protection and decorate,but there were some problems with the extension of time,such as cracking,leakage,peeling emerge and so on.This paper introduced a simple mechanical stirring method to prepare a hydrophobic transpar-ent silica-acrylate emulsion waterproofing coating,the properties of the coating film were studied.The results showed that the waterproofing coating had high transparency whether it is styrene-acrylate,pure-acrylate,or silica-acrylate emulsion.Among them,the silica-acrylate e-mulsion demonstrates superior comprehensive performance and high cost-effectiveness.The Lotus leaf hydrophobic agent of silica-acrylate e-mulsion is 7%,which had the significant hydrophobic effect with contact angle 102°,excellent waterproof ability,visible light transmittance,high resistance to atmosphere and UV aging.
