Effect of Steel Slag Powder Content on Long-term Mechanical Properties of Ready-mixed Concrete
The experiment of using steel slag powder with different content to replace cement in ready-mixed concrete is studied, the long-term mechanical properties of concrete with different steel slag powder content under different water-cement ratio and different curing conditions were tested. The experimental results show that the compressive strength of concrete at different ages decreases with the increase of steel slag powder content under the same water-cement ratio, especially at 3D The strength of concrete can be improved by reducing the water-cement ratio of concrete with the same content of steel slag powder, which makes up for the decrease of concrete strength caused by the addition of steel slag powder, the natural curing is more obvious to the early strength drop, the long-term strength drop is lower. The suitable content of steel slag powder in ready-mixed concrete is less than 30%,and the strength of concrete decreases obviously when the content of steel slag powder is lar-ger.
