石墨烯改性沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘要
为提升沥青混合料的路用性能,文中制备石墨烯改性沥青混合料,分析了石墨烯掺量对改性沥青混合料路用性能的影响,确定最佳的石墨烯掺量.研究结果表明,随着石墨烯掺量的增加,复合改性沥青针入度先降低后增加,软化点先增加后降低,延度不断下降;复合改性沥青混合料动稳定度、最大弯拉应变均先增加后稳定;冻融劈裂强度比先增加后降低;最佳的石墨烯掺量为0.2%.
Abstract
In order to improve the pavement performance of asphalt mixture,the influence of graphene content on pavement performance of modified asphalt mixture was analyzed by preparing graphene-modified asphalt mixture,and the optimal graphene content was determined.With the increase of graphene content,the injection degree of composite modified asphalt decreases first and then increases,the softening point increases first and then decreases,and the ductility decreases continuously.The dynamic stability and maximum flexural strain of the composite modified asphalt mixture increase first and then stabilize.The ratio of freeze-thaw splitting strength increases first and then decreases.In sum-mary,the optimal graphene content is 0.2%.
