粉煤灰掺量对混凝土收缩性能的影响试验研究

为研究粉煤灰对混凝土收缩性能的影响,文中对不同粉煤灰掺量的混凝土进行收缩性能试验,并通过SEM测试和XRD测试分析其作用机理.结果表明,粉煤灰可以有效抑制混凝土收缩变形,且粉煤灰掺量越高,抑制效果越明显.与普通混凝土相比,72 h时粉煤灰掺量为30%的试件自收缩变形减少31.74%,180 d时粉煤灰掺量为30%的试件干燥收缩变形减少 23.87%.SEM测试和XRD测试发现,粉煤灰主要通过与混凝土内部碱性物质发生二次反应,产生更多C-S-H凝胶,从而改善混凝土性能.
Experimental Study on the Effect of Fly Ash Content on Shrinkage Performance of Concrete
In order to study the effect of fly ash on shrinkage performance of concrete,concrete with different fly ash content was tested for shrinkage performance,and its mechanism was analyzed by SEM test and XRD test.The results show that fly ash can effectively inhibit the shrinkage and deformation of concrete,and the higher the fly ash content,the more obvious the inhibition effect.Compared with ordinary con-crete,the specimens with 30%fly ash content reduced their self-shrinking deformation by 31.74%at 72 h.At 180 d,the dry shrinkage de-formation of the specimen with 30%fly ash content was reduced by 23.87%.Through SEM and XRD tests,it is found that fly ash can produce more C-S-H gel by secondary reaction with basic substances inside concrete,so as to improve the performance of concrete.
